"The location was awesome"
We stayed here for a night after our cruise before returning home to Adelaide. While it was a short stay, we found the park to be perfectly clean and maintained with good children’s playgrounds and facilities. The location was awesome and there is a heap to do in the local area including gourmet food and wine tastings. The staff were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable on local attractions.Jared – Travelled with family2015-05-19
"Nice, clean and friendly place to stay"
Great location close to wineries, breweries and restaurants. Nice clean and friendly place to stay. Offers new villas to stay if you don't have a caravan. Reasonable rates. Easy to find and easy access back to city. Recommend Ironbark Brewery, Chesters Restaurant and Rose and Crown Hotel for good food.Lloydy – Travelled as a couple2015-06-08
"Neatly laid out park"
Great base for exploring the Swan Valley's premium attractions. Close to the Midlands shopping centre and rail service to Perth. Neatly laid out park with appealing layout and natural rise and fall. People running the place were helpful, tolerant and efficient. Premium is so priced accordingly.Peter – Travelled as a couple2015-05-25
"This is true customer service"
This is indeed a beautiful park to stay in. The park and the accommodation unit were very well maintained. We visited Swan Valley in early May and paid for a self-contained unit for 5 persons. The place was very clean and with modern facilities. The reception staff was very responsive too. We liked it very much. Thumbs up! We were supposed to check-in the afternoon (normal practice) but we needed to go for a day trip up to the Pinnacles. As it was a 2-3 hour drive journey, we tried our luck by asking at the reception whether we could dump our luggage in their office to check-in after our return. Unfortunately, their office would close by 5 pm. However, the reception made an extra effort to find out from their maintenance group whether our unit had been cleaned to enable us to check in early. Luckily, it was not occupied and we managed to get an early check in. We were thankful to the receptionist for the gesture, otherwise we would be carrying the whole load up and down to Pinnacles. This is true customer service. Appreciative. Well done!!Travelled as a couple2015-05-01
"Amenities are very good"
Have used this park as a caravan base for annual holidays in Perth for many years. The staff over these years have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Amenities are very good with the ensuite being of similar standard. Cabins are popular with a suite of new units recently erected. Aircraft noise can be a problem although this was not a deterrent. Convenient to Midland shopping centre and Swan Valley with excellent bike paths for those who like to pedal, this is our preferred park whilst caravanning to Perth. The unique and quaint old "pub" nearby is a bonus providing a unique atmosphere with good meals and entertainment at affordable prices. Recommend this park.Travelled as a couple2015-05-16
