"The best service I’ve experienced"
This spot is a short drive south of Eden. It has everything you could need: big and clean showers, fully stocked camp kitchen, pool and spa, lots of open space, and friendly staff. At check in I mentioned that I had never visited Eden and was promptly given a map, brochures, and the "inside goss" on what to see and do. I've stayed in lots of tourist parks lately and that's the best service I've experienced. The location is tucked between the A1 highway and the beach. There is occasional noise from the road, but it's hardly noticeable against the sound of breaking waves from the beach. I had a powered site and the sites here are HUGE! I easily fitted a large tent (6m x 4m) and the car and had space to spare. The power boxes are every 4th site, so bring a long extension cord in case you are not right next to one. There is almost no wind here. There are trees on both sides and a row of trees between the park and the beach acting as a windbreak. There are also lots of trees throughout the park providing shade.Adam – Travelled solo2015-03-03
"Winter is still a perfect time to stay here"
Managed to get a few days off to join my husband who is working in the area and staying here. We were in a beachfront cabin. It was ideal for me as I spent a lot of time on the beach. Winter is still a perfect time to stay here. The lodges were very well appointed and beds comfortable. Am looking forward to coming back when my husband can actually enjoy the facilities as well.Debbie – Travelled as a couple2015-06-22
"First-class camp kitchen"
We stayed during January and had a wonderful time. Our powered site was generous enough to fit our 18ft van, annex and the car width ways. We also had a full gazebo in front and enough room left over for a family tent! The amenities were excellent (probably could have added a few more hooks in the ladies shower block). They do need to add another toilet block as I believe the portable toilets are brought in every year and has been this way for quite some time. Location to the most beautiful beach is just a few metres away. You are also surprisingly sheltered given it is located right on the ocean the wind was never a problem. Boogie boards are a must, and crab hunts at dusk are an absolute delight for the kids (and if I'm honest, the adults too). Excellent resort pool, kids can ride there bikes easily. First-class camp kitchen. We would definitely stay there again!Travelled with family2015-02-27
