    The Holiday Unit consists of two bedrooms and is fully self contained with an ensuite and cooking facilities, air-conditioning and television. Holiday Units sleep up to 4. Note: Some units sleep 6 (max 4 adults) Please contact the park directly. Infants allowed.
    Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

    The Bunkhouse is a private room with either single, twin or queen bed configuration. The room is air-conditioned with a bar fridge. Shared cooking, TV and ablutions. Bunkhouse Single also available. The Bunkhouse sleeps up to 2.

    Cooke Point Holiday Park - Powered Site

    The powered caravan and camping sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.  NB: Sites must be booked direct with the park as we require your van size to allocate you to the appropriate site.

     

Terms & Conditions:

Note 1:  Please be advised all rates are quoted for two guests unless otherwise stated.
Additional adult & child fees will apply. 

Note 2:  Stay 4 Pay 3 package rate has already been calculated. The booking system requires a rate per night.
The offer is calculated as follows - example: (Normal rate at $100 x 4 nights is $400). Offer is  $100 x 3 nights = $300 - Divide by 4 nights = $75 per night. Valid thru 31 August. Note this package is not available online please contact the park directly

Note 4:  Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.

Cancellation Policy

  • Where a booking is cancelled 29+ days prior to the arrival date a fee equivalent to one nights accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Where a one (1) night booking is cancelled 15-28 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation charge will be made.
  • Where a two (2) plus night booking is cancelled 15-28 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the booking will be made.
  • Where a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival no refund applies.
  • No refund for early departure.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • All cancellations must be in writing direct with the park
