    The Studio is a fully self contained unit with ensuite, cooking facilities, air-conditioning and a television. All linen supplied. Studio Unit sleeps 2. Note: Infants not allwed.

    Cooke Point Holiday Park - Holiday Unit

    The Holiday Unit consists of two bedrooms with 4 types of bedding configurations:

    Holiday Unit - 3: consists of one queen bed and a single bed
    Holiday Unit - 4: consists of one queen bed and 2 singles or one set of bunk beds
    Holiday Unit - 5: consists of one queen bed and a double bed with single overhead bunk bed or one set of bunk beds and a single bed
    Holiday Unit - 6: consists of one queen bed and two sets of bunk beds.

    All units are fully self contained with an ensuite and cooking facilities, air-conditioning and television. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. Holiday Units sleep up to 3, 4, 5 or 6. Infants allowed.
    Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

    Cooke Point Holiday Park - Bunkhouse

    The Bunkhouse is a private room with either single, twin or queen bed configuration. All linen supplied. The room is air-conditioned with a bar fridge. Shared cooking, TV and ablutions. Bunkhouse Single also available. The Bunkhouse sleeps up to 2.

    The powered caravan and camping sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.  NB: Sites must be booked direct with the park as we require your van size to allocate you to the appropriate site.

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions:

Note 1:  Please be advised all rates are quoted for two guests unless otherwise stated.
Additional adult & child fees will apply. 

Note 2:  Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2010. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

Note 3:  Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email.
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

Note 4: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

  • Visa & Mastercard   1.1% inc.
  • AMEX & Diners         3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees. 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
  • 50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received
  • Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
  • If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.
  • No refund for early departure.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property
