    Pilbara Holiday Park - Holiday Unit

    The holiday units have two bedrooms with two bedding configurations:

    Holiday Unit 4: consist of a queen bed and 1 set of bunk beds
    Holiday Unit 5: consisits of a queen bed and a double bed with single overhead biunk bed.

    Both units have a bathroom, kitchenette and a lounge and dining area. All linen and towels are provided, however only main bedroom made up. The kitchen supplies you with cooking facilities including microwave, full size stove, refrigerator and electrical appliances such as a toaster and jug. All cutlery, crockery and cookware are provided. All of our units are fully air conditioned for your comfort. The Holiday Unit sleeps up to 4 or 5. 
    Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2010. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

    The holiday units are made up of two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a lounge and dining area. The bedrooms contain a queen size bed in each. All linen and towels are provided however only main bedroom made up. The kitchen supplies you with cooking facilities including microwave, full size stove, refrigerator and electrical appliances such as a toaster and jug. All cutlery, crockery and cookware are provided. All of our units are fully air conditioned for your comfort. The 
    Deluxe Holiday Unit sleeps up to 4.

    Pilbara Holiday Park - Motel Unit

    The motel units are set up as a triplex and consist of three units side by side. They are similar to the studio units but smaller. Each motel unit contains a queen bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, bed lamp, alarm clock, tea/coffee facilities, kettle, toaster and a bar fridge. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided for 2 people. All linen and towels are supplied. Motel units are air conditioned for your comfort. Motel Units sleep 2.

    The studios consist of a queen size bed or two single beds, a small kitchenette and bathroom. Rooms include TV, bedside lamp and alarm clock. All linen and towels are provided. The kitchenette contains cookware, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, hotplate, bar fridge and electrical appliances such as a toaster and jug. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided for two people. These units are also air conditioned for your comfort. Studio Units sleep 2.

     The deluxe studio consists of a queen bed with plasma TV & DVD player. A kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery & dining table. The studio has an ensuite bathroom with hairdryer & washing machine. The lounge has a sofa and a TV & DVD. The studio is air-conditioned and all linen is provided. The Deluxe Studio sleeps 2.

    The bungalow consists of two queen bedrooms, a lounge with sofa, plasma TV & DVD player. The kitchenette has an oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle & fridge. The ensuite bathroom has a bath & shower & a washing machine. The bungalow is air-conditioned and all linen is provided. The Bungalow sleeps up to 4.

    The ensuite powered site has a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site. The site has level parking for the van or motor home and concrete annex pad. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections.

Terms & Conditions:

Note 1:  Please be advised all rates are quoted for two guests unless otherwise stated.
Additional adult & child fees will apply. 

Note 2:  Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email.
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

 Note 3: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

  • Visa & Mastercard   1.1% inc.
  • AMEX & Diners         3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

 

  

 

Cancellation Policy

  • One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
  • 50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received
  • Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
  • If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.
  • No refund for early departure.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property
