    The Deluxe Family Chalet - 5: consists of two bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed with single overhead bunk bed.

    There are two x two seater lounges, ensuite, dining area, television and DVD. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils including crockery and cutlery and the chalet has reverse cycle air-conditioning. All linen is supplied. The Deluxe Family Chalet sleeps up to 5.

The chalet has a shower over the bath, dining area and two x two seater lounges with television and DVD. The kitchen is supplied with crockery, cutlery and utensils. All linen is supplied. The chalet has air-conditioning. The Family Chalet sleeps up to 4.

    Suitable for young families, fully self contained, modern chalet with balcony. This unit has a family lounge and dining area, one main bedroom with a queen size bed, a second small room with a set of bunk beds. This unit is fully equipped with all utensils and crockery. All bed linen is provided. It has an ensuite, TV & DVD and has reverse air-conditioning. Holiday Unit sleeps up to 4. suitable for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years.

    This is a modern self contained cabin perfect for singles or couples. It contains a queen size bed or twin beds with linen supplied, an ensuite, cooking facilities and utensils together with cutlery and crockery, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD. Air conditioned. Note: Studios are a duplex and have common walls. Studio sleeps 2.

    The Family Beach Chalet are our closest units to beach access path. They have a separate bedroom with two sets of single bunks. There is a double bed in the main open plan living area that leads around to the dining area & kitchen area. This unit is fully equipped with all utensils and crockery. All bed linen is provided. It has an ensuite, TV & DVD and has a fan/heater. (No Air-conditioning). This chalet sleeps up to 6.

    The Ensuite Cabin is our economy range of accommodation. With this older style of self contained accommodation the room layout varies but ensuite cabins have a double bed with single or double bunks. All bed linen is provided and the kitchen has full cooking facilities and equipment. The cabin has television and a cooling fan. ( No air-conditioning) Ensuite Cabin sleeps up to 4.

All linen is supplied. Note: The Motel Cabins are a triplex and have common walls. Motel cabin sleeps 2.

Note 1:  Please be advised all rates are quoted for two guests unless otherwise stated.

Note 3:  Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email. 
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

Note: 4 Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

  • Visa & Mastercard   1.1% inc.
  • AMEX & Diners         3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
  • 50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received
  • Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
  • If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.
  • No refund for early departure.
  • Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property
