  • 01. Does Aspen Parks offer a membership? 

    Aspen Parks does not offer membership, however all visitors to our parks are given a lifetime 10% discount voucher to use at all our parks for their future visits. (conditions apply)

  • 02. Are Aspen Parks Tourism Accredited?

    All Aspen Parks properties are tourism accredited. The distinctive “tick” logo displayed by accredited tourism businesses provides you with an assurance that the tourism business has a proven commitment to the highest quality of service.
    All businesses accredited through the National Tourism Accreditation Program (WA) meet the specifics of the program by ensuring:

  • 03. Are Aspen Parks star rated?

    Yes, Aspen Parks have AAA Tourism Star Rating. Please refer to the Welcome page of each park to see the rating for the park.

  • 04. How can I make a booking?

    Bookings can be made direct with the park by e-mail, telephone & fax. For contact details please go to the specific parks contact page for the correct telephone, email etc. Note: Please use the correct email address to ensure we respond efficiently to your enquiry.

    Aspen Park staff are happy to assist you with booking your stay at another Aspen Park.

    Online bookings can be made for most parks via aspenparks.com.au

    • Booking cancellations are listed on the accommodation page of each park
    • Cancellation of a booking must be in writing
    • Accommodation discounts i.e. BIG4 or Top Tourist will not be honored for bookings made through the
      Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
    • Aspen Parks, BIG4 & Top Tourist discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. telephone, fax or email.
  • 05. Does the park have a minimum or maximum night stay?

    Some Aspen Parks have a minimum and maximum night stay during busy periods. Please contact the park direct to see if there are minimum or maximum nights applied during your preferred dates.

  • 06. What time is check-in and check-out? Is there a fee for an early check-in or a late check-out?

    Check-in 2pm (1400hrs) and Check-out is 10am (1000hrs). A fee may apply for an early check-in or a late check-out, please ask the park for details.

    Note: No refunds apply to early check-out.

  • 07. Does the park have a noise curfew? 

    Aspen Parks wish all guests to have a pleasant stay, therefore a noise curfew is in place for the consideration of all our guests. Please refer to the Guest Information Booklet for the curfew time of this park. The booklet can be viewed or downloaded from the Welcome page.

  • 08. What services are available in the park locality?

  • Q 01. How far is Golden River from downtown Mildura?

    Golden River Holiday Park is approximately 4.5 kilometres / 5 minute drive from downtown Mildura.

  • Q 02. What are the reception hours?

    Golden River Holiday Park reception hours are 8am - 6pm (0800-1800hrs)

  • Q 03. What if I arrive outside reception hours?

    If you think you will be arriving outside reception hours please advise staff to arrange a late check-in and/or to receive late check-in instructions.

    If you are unexpectedly delayed and cannot contact the park and you arrive after hours please refer to instructions displayed at reception.

  • Q 04. Where can we purchase groceries?

    The nearest supermarket is located in Mildura which is approximately a 5 minute drive from the park.

  • Q 05. Can I make tour bookings at the park?

    Yes, tickets can be purchased some tours and attractions. Please ask at reception.

  • Q 06. Are cots and/or high chairs provided?

    No, Golden River does not have cots or highchairs.

  • Q 07. Is there anywhere we can go to eat out?

    Yes we have a variety of restaurants nearby in Mildura. Please ask at reception for the local restaurant guide.

  • Q 08. Does the park have drive through sites? And is an escort provided?

    No the park does not have drive through sites.

    Staff are happy to assist you with the directions and parking your van.

  • Q 09. Is there public transport nearby?

    Yes there is a bus stop at the front of the park which takes you into Mildura. Timetables are available from reception.

  • Q 10. How far is the river?

    Golden River is located directly on the Murray River just a short walk from your accommodation.
