1. Deluxe Studio

   Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Deluxe Studio The deluxe studio consists of a queen bed with television, bathroom with double shower and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Fully self contained kitchen with modern appliances, lounge / dining room with plasma television and DVD player. The studio has a private balcony and outdoor setting. The Deluxe Studio sleeps 2.   Sleeps: 2

2. Family Villa - 6 

   Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Family Villa - 6 The two bedroom family villa provides all the comforts of a home away from home. Main bedroom has a queen bed plus plasma TV, second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up.  Private ensuite with shower and separate toilet. Fully self-contained kitchen, reverse cycle airconditoning, separate lounge/dining with plasma television (including foxtel) & DVD player, full size dining table & chairs. Large balcony with outdoor setting. Note: One family villa has a bathroom with a spa. The Family Villa - 6 Berth  sleeps up to 6. Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2010. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking. Sleeps: 6

3. Family Villa - 5 

   Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Family Villa - 5   The two bedroom family villa provides all the comforts of a home away from home. Main bedroom has a queen bed plus plasma TV, second bedroom has trio bed - double with a single overhead bunk. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Private ensuite with shower and separate toilet. Fully self-contained kitchen, reverse cycle airconditoning, separate lounge/dining with plasma television (including foxtel) & DVD player, full size dining table & chairs. Large balcony with outdoor setting. Note: One family villa has a bathroom with a spa. The Family Villa - 5 Berth sleeps up to 5. Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two king single beds. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . All bedrooms have a television. Private ensuite with spa bath with shower and separate toilet. Fully self-contained kitchen, separate lounge/dining with television (including Foxtel). Private balcony with outdoor setting. The Three Bedroom Deluxe Villa sleeps up to 6. Sleeps: 6

5. Family Deluxe Villa 

   Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Family Deluxe Villa (Two Bedroom) The two bedroom family villa provides all the comforts of a home away from home. Main bedroom with queen bed with television and second bedroom with two single beds and a television. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . 7. Spa Unit 

   Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Spa Unit (Two Bedroom) These two bedroom spa units consist of queen bed with a television in the main bedroom and the second bedroom with one queen bed plus single bunk and television. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Private ensuite with corner spa bath and separate shower. Separate toilet / powder room. Fully self-contained with full kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, 280 litre refrigerator, pantry, and all cooking and eating utensils. 9. Family Cabin - 6 Berth

   Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Family Cabin - 6 Berth The family cabin consists of a queen bed in the living area and two sets of bunk  beds in the bedroom. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . The cabin has an ensuite bathroom, self contained kitchen and lounge room with a television. The Family Cabin sleeps up to 6 - best suited for 2 adults and 4 children.   Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2010. 10. Holiday Unit

    Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Holiday Unit The holiday cabin have a choice of room configurations;  Holiday Unit - 2, is a one bedroom cabin with a queen bed and private ensuite. All linen supplied, self contained kitchen lounge and television. Holiday Unit - 5, is a two bedroom cabin with a queen bed in main bedroom and the second bedroom has one double bed with overhead single bunk. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Self contained kitchen, lounge room with television and private ensuite. Holiday Unit - 6,  is a two bedroom cabin with a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up .     Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Standard Cabin The standard cabin have a choice of room configurations;  Standard Cabin -2, is a studio style cabin with a double bed, television and a self contained kitchen. All linen supplied. This cabin does not have a bathroom - amenities block nearby. Standard Cabin - 6, is a one bedroom cabin with a double bed in main living area and two sets of bunk beds in the bedroom. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Self contained kitchen and lounge room with television. This cabin does not have a bathroom - amenities block nearby.     Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Camper Cabin The camper cabin is an open plan cabin with double bed, television and a small bar fridge. All linen supplied. Camp kitchen and amenities block are nearby. The Camper Cabin sleeps 2.   Sleeps: 2

13. Ensuite Site

    Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Ensuite Site The ensuite powered site has a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site. The site has level parking for the van or motor home and concrete annex pad. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections.

14. Powered Site

    Ashley Gardens BIG4 Holiday Village - Powered Site The powered caravan sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.

15. Powered Camping Site
