Geelong Riverview Tourist Park - Deluxe Spa (1Brm)

The deluxe spa is ideal for couples. Separate bedroom with 1 x queen bed (linen supplied), open plan lounge, dining & self-contained kitchen with fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee facilities. Private ensuite with a generous 2 person spa. Balcony with outdoor setting. Sleeps 2 guests.

Deluxe Cabin

Geelong Riverview Tourist Park - Deluxe Cabin

The deluxe cabin is a two bedroom cabin and has two types of floor plans;

Deluxe Cabin - 5, has one queen bed and has a double bed with single overhead bunk or
Deluxe Cabin - 6, has one queen bed and two sets of bunk beds.
Both cabin types have split system air conditioning/heating, gas hot water and private ensuite. Fully contained kitchen with fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee facilities. Balcony with outdoor setting. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. The Deluxe Cabin sleeps up 5 or 6 .
Please be advised: Work Law Health & Safety state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2010. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

Spa Cabin

The spa cabin has two separate bedrooms. 1 x queen bed in main bedroom and 2 x sets of single bunks in 2nd bedroom. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. Open plan lounge, dining and self contained kitchen with fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee facilities. Private ensuite. Split system air conditioning/heating, gas hot water. Balcony with outdoor setting. Sleeps up to 6 guests.

The three bedroom deluxe cabin consists three separate bedrooms. 1 x queen bed in main bedroom, 1 x double bed with single bunk over in second and third bedrooms. Private ensuite. Split system air conditioning/heating, gas hot water. Balcony with outdoor setting. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

The holiday cabins have two different floor plans;

Holiday Cabin (1brm): 1 x queen bedroom Only. Sleeps 2 guests.
Holiday Cabin (2brm): 1 x queen bed in main bedroom and 2 x sets of single bunks in second bedroom. Sleeps up to 6 guests

Ensuite Site

Geelong Riverview Tourist Park - Ensuite Site

Private ensuite with shower, toilet and hand basin. The site has level parking for caravan/ motor home or tents. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections.

Powered Site

Geelong Riverview Tourist Park - Powered Site

The powered caravan sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.

Camping Site

Geelong Riverview Tourist Park - Camping Site

Most camping sites are grassed and/ or sheltered.

Note 3: Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email.
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

Note 4: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

Visa & Mastercard 1.1% inc.
AMEX & Diners 3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

Cancellation Policy

One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received
Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.
No refund for early departure.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property
