Yarraby Holiday Park - Riverview Cabin

The three bedroom riverview cabin consists of a large verandah with breathtaking forest and Murray River views. Has 1 x queen bed, 1 x double bed with single overhead bunk bed & 2 sets of bunk beds. Kitchen facilities, lounge & dining area, electric blanket to main bedroom, heating, ensuite, hair dryer, television, VCR, air conditioning. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. The Three Bedroom Riverview Cabin sleeps up to 9. (Cabin best suits 5 Adults & 4 Children)

The three bedroom deluxe spa consists of one queen bed with electric blanket, one double bed with single overhead bunk bed and two sets of bunk beds. The cabin has a large verandah with forest views. Kitchen facilities, lounge & dining area plus heating, two bathrooms one with spa, hair dryer, television, DVD, Playstation 2 and air conditioning and laundry. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. The Deluxe Spa sleeps up to 9 (max 6 adults and 4 children) and is best suited to one family.

The Two Bedroom Courtside Villa sleeps up to 5.

All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. The Poolside Villa sleeps up to 6 (2 adults & 4 children) and is best suited to a family. The queen courtside villa consists of two queen beds with a verandah overlooking a shared courtyard with barbecue and outdoor setting. The two bedrooms have ensuites and electric blanket, television each. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. Kitchen facilities, lounge & dining area, gas log fire heating, hair dryer, televsions, DVD, & air conditioning. The Poolside Villa sleeps up to 4 and is best suited to two couples.

The ensuite cabin consists of one double bed in main bedroom, bunk bed in living room. Television, microwave, private ensuite. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. The Ensuite Cabin sleeps up to 3. Suitable for 2 Adults & 1 child.

Ensuite Site

Yarraby Holiday Park - Ensuite Site

Ensuite Powered Site contains a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site. The site has level parking for the van or motor home and concrete annex pad. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections. There a three variations of ensuite sites: Grassed with concrete side, bitumen and drive thru bitumen. Ensuite sites are not suitable for tent or campertrailers.

The powered caravan sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.

Note 3: Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email.
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

Note 4: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

Visa & Mastercard 1.1% inc.
AMEX & Diners 3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

Cancellation Policy

One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received
Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.
No refund for early departure.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property
