Magic 1

Magic Murray Houseboats - Magic 1

The Magic 1 consists of four x queen size bedrooms (with bedding configuration to your requirements - queen beds are zipped - singles accommodated), linen is supplied on all bedding, two bathrooms with toilets, carpeted bedrooms, rear bar with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ducted air-conditioning throughout the boat, gas heating, television, DVD, CD player and full time 240v electrics. The under cover top deck has a heated spa, barbecue, ice chest, rear deck & ladder, two-way radio, depth sounder. Magic 1 sleeps up to 12.

Magic Murray Houseboats - Magic 2

Magic 2 consists of four x queen size bedrooms (with bedding configuration to your requirements - queen beds are zipped - singles accommodated), linen supplied on all bedding, two bathrooms with toilets, fully carpeted, rear bar with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ducted air-conditioning throughout the boat, gas heating, television, VCR, DVD, CD player and full time 240v electrics. Under cover top deck has a heated spa, barbecue, ice chest, rear deck & ladder, two-way radio, depth sounder, intercom, reversing camera, large under cover spa & barbecue area, second television, VCR in rear bar. Magic 2 sleeps up to 12.

Magic 3 consists of four x queen size bedrooms (with bedding configuration to your requirements - queen beds are zipped - singles accommodated), linen supplied for all bedding, two bathrooms with toilets, fully carpeted, rear bar with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, ducted air-conditioning throughout the boat, gas heating, television, VCR, DVD, CD player and full time 240v electrics. Under cover top deck has a heated spa, barbecue, ice chest, shaded upper deck, rear deck & ladder, two-way radio, depth sounder, intercom, reversing camera, large under cover spa & barbecue area with bar fridge, second television, VCR, DVD in rear bar, double door fridge with ice maker & upright freezer. Magic 3 sleeps up to 10.

Magic 1 and 2 are 12 berth houseboats, Magic 3 is a 10 berth. Note: Magic 3 is the same layout but reversed.

Nulla Nulla

The Nulla Nulla consists of two double bed and four single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom, television, DVD, air conditioning, gas heating, all linen supplied, barbecue, ice chest. Top deck with outdoor furniture, sun lounges, large shade sail. Step down ski deck for your convenience. Nulla Nulla sleeps up to 8.

Woomera

Magic Murray Houseboats - Woomera

The Woomera consists of two double beds and four single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom, televsion, DVD, air conditioning, gas heating, all linen supplied, barbecue, ice chest. Top deck with outdoor furniture, sun lounges, large shade sail. Step down ski deck for your convenience. Woomera sleeps up to 8.

Nulla Nulla & Woomera Floorplan

Nulla Nulla and Woomera accommodate up to 8 guests.

IMPORTANT: AS HOUSEBOATS ARE A LICENSED VEHICLE IT IS NECESSARY FOR US TO MAKE A RISK ASSESMENT BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING.
Your deposit will be taken in 7 days once our staff has contacted you for the assessment.

Note 1: Accommodation discounts i.e. BIG4 or Top Tourist will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.

Note 2: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

Visa & Mastercard 1.1% inc.
AMEX & Diners 3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

Conditions of Hire

Bookings for Magic 1, 2, 3, Nulla Nulla & Woomera commence at 3.00pm on the first day of hire and are to be vacated by 10.00am on the last day. Early arrivals may be able to board before 3.00pm if your boat is ready.
(Note: Houseboats are only available for: 3 night bookings departing Friday pm, 4 night bookings departing Monday pm or 7 night bookings departing either Monday pm or Friday pm.)
MAGIC 1, 2, 3, BOOKING DEPOSIT of $1000.00 is required within 7 days as confirmation. FULL PAYMENT of hire is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Non-payment by this date will be taken to be a cancellation.
Nulla Nulla & Woomera BOOKING DEPOSIT of $500 is required within 7 days as confirmation. FULL PAYMENT of hire is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Non-payment by this date will be taken to be a cancellation.
SECURITY BONDS are payable on arrival: Magic 1, 2, 3, Nulla Nulla & Woomera - $1000 (One Thousand dollars) The bond is refunded by post next working day, less fuel costs if boat is returned in good, clean condition at the end of hire. Any damage or excess cleaning will be charged for at cost.
CANCELLATION of bookings must be made 2 months prior to commencement of hire. There will be no refund of money until the original booking has been re-booked by another party for the full period and hire value. A cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply. If the boat is not re-booked, there will be no refund.
Arrivals after 6.00pm will have to wait until the following morning to move the boat.
Bookings are made on the understanding that the craft is placed at the disposal of the hirer on the date desired unless the company is prevented from doing so, by mechanical problems, river conditions or other circumstances. In case of the above mentioned, monies paid by the hirer will be refunded in full.
We agree to have the boat, motor and accessories in good order. We will not be obliged to compensate the hirer for loss of time due to mechanical problems during the hire period.
Drivers must be 18 years of age or over and they must hold a current Driver’s Licence (no special boat driver’s licence is required).
The houseboat must remain between Barmah Bridge and Torrumbarry Lock and only be driven in daylight hours.
Due to health and other regulations, no pets or firearms allowed.
Numbers of persons aboard must not exceed the number of berths under the NSW Waterways Authority regulations.
