Boathaven Holiday Park - Lakeside Deluxe

The Lakeside Deluxe consists of three separate bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen size bed (electric blanket provided), second bedroom has a double bed with single over head bunk and the third bedroom has bunk beds. The Lakeside Deluxe has a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, grill, hotplates, microwave and fridge. Private ensuite with separate toilet. Open plan lounge/dining room with colour television and DVD player. The Lakeside Deluxe has reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating, ceiling fan in the main bedroom and an external deck with outdoor setting overlooking Lake Hume. All linen is supplied, however only the main bedroom is made up. The Lakeside Deluxe sleeps up to 7.

Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, grill, hot plates, microwave, and fridge. Private ensuite with corner spa bath. Open plan lounge/dining area with colour television and DVD player. Reverse cycle air conditioning. External deck overlooking Lake Hume with outdoor setting. The Lakeview Spa Villa sleeps up to 4.

The Lakeside Villa consists of two separate bedrooms.

Lakeside Villa - 6, 1 x queen bed (electric blanket provided) and four bunk beds
Lakeside Villa - 5, 1 x queen bed (electric blanket provided) and double bed with single overhead bunk.

The Lakeside Villa has two bedding configurations: Option 1 sleeps up to 5 and option 2 sleeps up to 6.

Open plan lounge/dining room with colour television reverse cycle air conditioning. Outside decking area with outdoor setting. All linen is supplied however only the main bedroom is made up. The Garden Cabin sleeps up to 6.

Ensuite Site

The ensuite powered site has a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site. The site has level parking for the van or motor home and concrete annex pad. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections. Suitable for caravanners & campers.

Powered Site

Boathaven Holiday Park - Powered Site

The powered caravan sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.

Camping Site

Most camping sites are grassed and/or sheltered.

Note 3: Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email.
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

Note 4: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

Visa & Mastercard 1.1% inc.
AMEX & Diners 3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

Cancellation Policy

One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received
Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.
No refund for early departure.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property
