Wallamba River Holiday Park - Apartment-2 bedroom

This modern and luxurious 2 bedroom, executive style apartment offers an unspoilt outlook over the Wallamba River. The kitchen, lounge & dining area's are designed to fully enjoy the magnificent views, and the large balcony is the perfect place to sit and relax. Modern and fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath.- All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . The Apartment has spacious bedrooms, main room with large walk in robe.

The Apartment (2brm) - 5: consists of a queen bed and a double with single overhead bunk bed. (maximum of 4 adults)
The Apartment (2brm) - 6: consists of a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. (suitable 2 adults and 4 children)

The deluxe spa villa contains two bedrooms, a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double with a single over in the second bedroom, - All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Open plan living with fully equipped kitchen, full size stove and fridge. There is a television, VCR/DVD, CD player and air conditioning. The bathroom has a spa with shower over and a separate toilet. The villa has a large covered verandah with outdoor setting overlooking river. The Deluxe Spa Villa sleeps 5. (maximum 4 adults)

The riverfront villa has exquisite river views from your covered verandah with outdoor setting. The villa consists of two bedrooms with queen in main and two sets of bunks in the second bedroom. - All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Large bathroom with separate toilet. The villa has a full size kitchen with fridge, gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher. Reverse cycle air-conditioning in lounge and dining area, with plasma television and DVD. The Riverfront Villa sleeps up to 6. (maximum 4 adults)

All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, full size stove and fridge and bathroom. TV & DVD, reverse cylce air-conditioning, ceiling fans. Verandahs with outdoor setting, perfect for alfresco dining. The Villa sleeps up to 5 or 6.

The ensuite cabin are open plan with a kitchenette, small cook-top, television, dining table and an external private ensuite. - All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . The cabin has an outdoor setting. The Ensuite Cabin sleeps up to 4 or 6.

Ensuite Site

The ensuite powered site has a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site. The site has level parking for the van or motor home and concrete annex pad. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections.

Powered Site

The powered caravan and camping sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.

Camping Site

Most camping sites are grassed and/or sheltered.

Additional adult & child fees will apply.

Note 3: Accommodation discounts i.e. any membership club inc. BIG4 will not be honored for bookings made through the Aspen Parks website or other third party websites.
Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email.
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

Note 4: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

Visa & Mastercard 1.1% inc.
AMEX & Diners 3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

Cancellation Policy

Where a booking is cancelled 29+ days prior to the arrival date a fee equivalent to one nights accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Where a one (1) night booking is cancelled 15-28 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation charge will be made.
Where a two (2) plus night booking is cancelled 15-28 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the booking will be made.
Where a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival no refund applies.
No refund for early departure.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
All cancellations must be in writing direct with the park
