The riverview villa consists of one queen bed in main bedroom and a double bed with overhead single bunk and two single beds. - All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . The cabin has a self-contained kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning, LCD Colour TV and DVD player and gas log fire in the lounge. Deck with riverviews and tiled barbecue area. Riverview Villa sleeps up to 7.

The deluxe two bedroom villa spa has a self-contained kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning, LCD Colour TV and DVD player and ensuite with spa. Deck with outdoor setting. All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . The villa has two bedding configurations:

Deluxe Villa Spa - 5: Consists of a queen bed in the main bedroom and in the second bedroom a double bed with a single overhead bunk. Sleeps up to 5.
Deluxe Villa Spa - 6: Consists of a queen bed in the main bedroom and in the second bedroom two sets of bunk beds. Sleeps up to 6.

Deluxe Villa - 6: Consists of a queen bed in the main bedroom and in the second bedroom two sets of bunk beds. Sleeps up to 6.

The two bedroom lake villa has a choice of room type:
Option 1 - has one double bed in main room and one triple bunk bed in second bedroom. Private ensuite with shower & toilet. - All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Colour television, DVD, air-conditioning, heating, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. Large balcony outdoor entertaining area.
OPTION 2 - has double bed in main room and two sets of bunk beds in second bedroom. Private ensuite with shower & toilet. - All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . Colour television, DVD, air-conditioning, heating, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. Large balcony outdoor entertaining area and the villa has special access for wheelchairs.
Option 1 sleeps up to 5 & option 2 sleeps up to 6.

The poolview cabin is a two bedroom cabin and consists of one x double bed in main bedroom and two sets of bunks in second bedroom. Split system air conditioner/heating. Private Ensuite. Fully self-contained kitchen with stove, fridge, crockery, cutlery, kettle, and toaster. Open plan lounge / dining room. - All linen supplied however only the main bedroom is made up . The Poolview Cabin sleeps up to 6.

Self-contained kitchen, open plan lounge / dining with television & DVD. Balcony with gas barbecue. Reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The ensuite powered site has a shower, toilet and hand basin for the exclusive use of the site. The site has level parking for the van or motor home and concrete annex pad. Each site has its own individual power, water and sullage connections.

Powered Site

The powered caravan or camping sites are either paved or grassed with easy access to power and water.

Camping Site

Most camping sites are grassed and / or sheltered.

Membership Club discounts are accepted for bookings made direct with the property. i.e. Telephone, Fax or Email.
BIG4 discounts are honoured for bookings made via the BIG4 website.

Note 4: Please be advised that as of 1st February 2011, bank credit card fees will be applied to all payments made by credit card.

Credit Card transaction fees will apply as follows;

Visa & Mastercard 1.1% inc.
AMEX & Diners 3.85% inc.

Debit Card and EFTPOS transactions do not attract fees.

Cancellation Policy

One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received
Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.
No refund for early departure.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
All cancellations must be in writing direct to the property
