Aspen Parks Property Management Pty Ltd wishes to advise you that it will be placing 10 ex hire cabins for sale by tender. These cabins are currently located at Golden River Holiday Resort, Mildura. They comprise of 5 (6.7m x 3.4m) cabins and 5 (7.6m x 4.0). These cabins were manufactured by Jayco in approx 1984.

The tender can be made on a single basis or as a total package. Aspen will pay for the disconnection of the cabin however the transportation of the cabin is a cost to the purchaser. The tender must be in written format and clearly state the amount of cabins the price and the preferred date of pick up.

The successful tender will then be required to pay a 10% holding deposit by bank cheque. The remaining 90% will need to be cleared funds before the cabin can be removed from the park.
