Accredited Tourism Business

Aspen Parks proudly displays the ‘tick’ of approval from the National Tourism Accreditation Program that is designed to establish and continually improve industry standards for conducting a tourism business.

Accreditation involves documenting a system of management to ensure that each individual Aspen Park is able to continuously supply the goods and services that we advertise. We adhere to a pattern of checking processes which, when regularly carried out, will prevent mistakes from occurring and help overcome problems prior to them affecting our guests.

Accreditation provides all guests with an assurance that Aspen Parks is committed to a high standard of professionalism both in operations and delivery of service.

   

Gumnut Awards

The Gumnut Awards are a progressive rating scheme for holiday parks that will recognise demonstrated commitment to sustainable environmental and socially responsible management. The Award scheme is a vital component of the holiday park industry’s policy to ensure that we are part of the environmental solution rather than part of the problem.

The Gumnuts are managed through a steering committee, comprising of the CCIA and University of Western Sydney (UWS). Through this partnership the award is independently measured and set to be simple to achieve. The results of participating in the award will greatly benefit business, staff, the community and environment in which parks are located in.
