Cancellation Policy

One night's accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.

50% of one night's accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received

Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.

If paid by credit card, the surcharge is refundable.

No refund for early departure.

Port Douglas
From glamorous Four Mile Beach to the wilderness of Dickson Inlet, picturesque Port Douglas has become an international holiday mecca located just 70 kilometres north of Cairns. It is regarded as the most popular base from which to explore the northern areas of the reef and rainforest coast of Daintree and Cape Tribulation. Despite its popularity and stylish five star accommodations, it retains a close community atmosphere. There are more than 100 tour options which depart Port Douglas daily or you can shop until you drop, stroll amongst art galleries, play golf or explore the many gourmet dining options.
Cairns
Cairns City is the heart of Tropical North Queensland and is framed by the spectacular twin backdrops of rainforest mountain ranges and the sparkling Coral Sea. Cairns is a modern, sophisticated city, and is an ideal base to explore the wider Tropical North Queensland region with front door access to World Heritage listed Reef, Rainforest and Outback.
A focal point for the city is the Cairns Esplanade. Almost two kilometres of landscaped parkland fringes a busy thoroughfare and restaurant strip on one side, and a natural harbour inlet on the other.
Mission Beach
Mission Beach is a relaxed, yet vibrant beachfront town with over 14 kilometres of magnificent golden sandy beaches. Here two World Heritage areas, The Great Barrier Reef and Wet Tropics Rainforest, come together to form a tropical paradise.
In many places, the rainforest literally fringes stretches of pristine golden beach, giving Mission Beach the reputation as an ideal natural holiday choice. The Great Barrier Reef is only 38 kilometres away making Mission Beach the closest mainland access to the Reef, just an hour or so by boat.
Townsville
Townsville combines the lure of the tropics with the attractions of a major city. From diving in the Great Barrier Reef, trying your luck at the Casino, rafting white water rapids or simply lazing on golden beaches, Townsville offers the best of all worlds. Dining is a serious business in Townsville. Take a wander down Palmer Street and find restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, prepared using the freshest local seafood and produce. Townsville's many attractions include the world's largest living coral reef aquarium, an Australian native wildlife sanctuary, art galleries, museums, parks and the spectacular Strand beachfront promenade.
Bowen
With an idyllic tropical climate, pristine beaches and beautiful bays, Bowen is one of Queensland’s hidden treasures. Situated in the northern region of the Whitsunday’s Bowen is just 40 minutes drive North of Airlie Beach and offers eight award winning, palm fringed beaches to explore where keen anglers can enjoy the choice of reef, beach and estuary fishing. The town is encircled by hills to the west and islands to the east, the heritage architecture and boughs of colourful bougainvillea make a welcoming introduction for those exploring the northern corners of the Whitsunday’s.

Airlie provides many of the essential services for travellers in the region and the town's shopping areas are open seven days a week. Every Saturday the foreshore parkland turns into a bustling market with stalls selling fresh fruit and veggies, local arts and crafts and all manner of goods under the shade of coconut palms. The mainland's dining and entertainment options centre around Airlie Beach, ranging from silver service resort dining to al fresco cafés and cheap eats, while Airlie's clubs and bars provide plenty of entertainment well into the night.

As Queensland's vibrant capital city, Brisbane offers the very best in food, wine, arts, entertainment and major sporting events with relaxed sub-tropical flair. Brisbane City shopping means you'll be treated to the best of all worlds. Brisbane's vibrant CBD and inner city retail precincts are an exciting blend of the very best local, national and international labels, brands and specialty stores. Brisbane boasts the kind of dining diversity you'd expect from this culturally colourful city. The atmosphere is delightfully al fresco with an emphasis on original menus focusing sharply on fresh food and wines with flair.
Noosa
Noosa provides pleasure to all. A north facing surfing beach, pristine river, fine restaurants, sophistication, national parks, plenty of action and you have the perfect holiday retreat. Visitors flock to Noosa from all over the world, many as frequent visitors and some returning to live in this exceptional coastal village. Described in the New York Times in March 2002 as the place 'that appreciates nature and the good life'.
Bundaberg
Bundaberg is a progressive city surrounded by a patchwork of sugarcane fields. Bundaberg is an ideal holiday centre with excellent holiday accommodation, attractions and entertainment. For visitors eager to explore the wondrous Great Barrier Reef, day trips and overnight stays to the reef leave from Bundaberg. Mon Repos Conservation Park has the largest loggerhead turtle nesting area in the South Pacific. Each season from November to February, female loggerhead, flatback, green and leatherback giant sea turtles nest on the beach after dark. Then six to eight weeks later, hatchlings emerge from their nests and make their long journey to the ocean. The park is 15km from Bundaberg and turtles nest on the 1.5km sandy beach.
Rockhampton
Rockhampton, the Beef Capital of Australia is located on the Tropic of Capricorn and is the gateway to the Coast and the Outback. Rising out of Rockhampton's north-eastern suburbs, Mt Archer National Park provides magnificent views of the city, and showcases a spectacular range of native Australian flora and fauna. Experience the country in the city at the Great Western Hotel, which holds weekly rodeos at the back of the pub. About 23 kilometres north of Rockhampton on Highway One is Capricorn Caverns, magnificent limestone caves. Rockhampton Botanic Gardens are regarded as one of the best provincial gardens in Australia. Recently heritage-listed, the Rockhampton Gardens are 130 years old. Located within the Botanic Gardens, the Rockhampton Zoo is home to a diverse range of animals.
Mackay
Tropical, picturesque and relaxed, Mackay city offers everything you could want from a major regional centre. The blue Pioneer River flows past the city's historical buildings, and stately palm trees fringe the main street with many shopping hot spots. There are plenty of magical spots for a picnic by the river, or dine al fresco by the marina on the fabulous local seafood. The newly opened botanic gardens, beautiful beaches and a world class marina are just minutes from the city heart. To best experience Mackay's history, take the Heritage Walk, visit Greenmount Homestead or discover the region's colourful heritage at the city's newest attraction, ARTSPACE Mackay.

Conway National Park This peaceful coastal park overlooking the Whitsunday Passage protects rainforest-clad mountains, forested hills and deep valleys. It is home to Proserpine rock-wallabies and two of Australia's mound-building birds, the Australian brush-turkey and orange-footed scrub fowl.
Cedar Creek Falls Located 19 kilometres from Proserpine on Conway Beach Road is the picturesque Cedar Creek Falls. These falls are spectacular in the wet season and offer a year-round natural swimming pool at the base of the falls.
